James McGhee is a highly skilled healthcare professional with eight years of experience as a nationally certified EMT and six years as a Wildland Medic, having provided medical support in over 11 wildfires across multiple states, including Texas, New Mexico, California, Montana, Idaho, and Oregon. His work with the International Rescue Committee (Phoenix, AZ) for three years involved conducting comprehensive adult and pediatric patient assessments for refugees seeking asylum, ensuring they received essential medical care during a critical time of transition. 

James has also played a pivotal role in public health efforts, running over 12 COVID-19 and flu vaccination clinics across the United States between 2020 and 2022 including California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Idaho, where he helped provide more than 10,000 vaccinations to underserved populations. In 2023 and 2024, he served as a Health and Wellness Specialist at the Sonoran Solar Site in Arizona, where he was responsible for both physical and mental healthcare for workers until the project’s completion. Currently, James is the Peer Support and Mental Health Program Manager for JobSiteCare bringing a strong background in mental health and wellness support. He is certified to train and certify individuals in Mental Health First Aid and Peer Support Advocacy. He is fully trained in Psychological First Aid, and Vitalcog Suicide Prevention. James combines a broad skill set in both physical and mental healthcare to provide holistic support to individuals and communities in need.
