Leadership Team

CEO & Founder

Mission: To restore integrity to healthcare, in the company of great colleagues, for as many people as possible.

Daniel Carlin, MD, pioneered JobSiteCare’s innovative concierge telemedicine model after a decade of experience in demanding health care environments. Dr. Carlin is national leader in the field of telemedicine. He is a board-certified emergency physician, former US Navy medical officer and a recognized pioneer in the delivery of medical care to distant worksites both in rural Africa and remote islands, as well as USA-based construction, manufacturing, and energy extraction worksites.

Dr. Carlin is a frequent speaker to medical and international development audiences. He has spoken at institutions such as the MIT Media Lab, the United States Naval Academy, and professional conferences such as the American Telemedicine Association and the International Development Council.

Dr. Carlin’s work has been featured in The Hill, Business Week, Forbes, Fortune, FT, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Worth. Dr. Carlin has also been a guest speaker on The Today Show, Dateline NBC, and The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Acting Chief Technology Officer
Mission: Always be learning. Let data drive decisions. Find the fun in everything and always have a go. Pay it forward. To trust people, be reliable, and do the right thing.

Adam has been developing Technology solutions for 25 years, working in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States. He has earned a Ph.D in Computational Chemistry from the University of Sydney, an M.Sc. in Quantitative Finance from the University of London, and a B.Sc.

Adam worked on the first government Intranet Site in his native Australia and has been providing mission critical software systems on leading technologies ever since.

Adam’s passions are ensuring that technology solutions are both secure and user friendly, and he regularly partners with leading designers on projects. He is a regular speaker at conferences on these topics.

For JobSiteCare, he develops and manages all the technology stack as well as all the interfaces to external systems. Adam is based in New York City.

Chief Medical Officer

Mission: To help people and organizations cut through the often incomprehensible thicket of healthcare and aid them in managing health issues so they can accomplish their own missions.

Dr. Bill Lang has been a family physician for over 30 years and recognized as a foremost expert in health aspects of contingency planning and response to critical incidents. As the Director of the White House Medical Unit and Deputy Physician to the President, Dr. Lang was responsible for organizing and providing comprehensive healthcare services to two U.S. presidents and their executive staffs.

Later, as Associate Chief Medical Officer of the Department of Homeland Security, Dr. Lang played a key role in the Department’s implementation of the nation’s preparedness strategy. Simultaneously, he was often the on-call physician for senior leadership responding to all health issues that arose.
He has been an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at both Uniformed Services University and at UNC and is the Section Author for “Healthcare Abroad” in Travel Medicine.

Senior Vice President

Mission:  Manage risk by identifying creative, simple solutions to seemingly complex problems while challenging historical paradigms.

Mike’s career includes 10 years as a medical/legal researcher and litigation paralegal for a Boston law firm.  His projects included transitioning to a paperless office and was selected by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to assist with the implementation of PACER.

In 2005, he fulfilled a dream and became a full-time ski patroller in Colorado, which included roles as lead accident investigator, explosives technician, avalanche dog handler, and head trainer.  Combining his legal and operational knowledge, he accepted a position as the resort risk manager in 2014.

In 2018, he was selected as the director of Risk Management for a large ski corporation where he managed the workers’ compensation program for 8000 employees and all other lines of insurance and claims.

For JobSiteCare, he leads the business strategy and development initiatives centered on risk management and workforce health and safety.

VP of Human Capital

Mission: I am passionate about building highly functional teams centered around the values of loyalty, collaboration, transparency and integrity. Always do the right thing.

Alexa works closely with clients and the JobSiteCare team to craft a solution that fits the unique requirements of their workplaces. Alexa also serves as the VP of Human Capital. She strives to provide a workplace anchored in the core values of loyalty, integrity, and transparency for her colleagues.

After graduating from Elon University with a B.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, she started her career in New York City in 2013 at Marsh USA. While at Marsh she worked directly with clients to design comprehensive risk management programs to fit their unique risk profiles. She also served as the Director of Business Operations and VP of Business Development at WorldClinic.

Director of Business Development
Mission: To establish a state of the art medical management program that mitigates insurance cost and reduces OSHA metrics while maintaining top of the line medical care.

Tim is the Director of Business Development at JobSiteCare. He also works at the County of Essex managing all aspects of insurance and claims. Prior he worked at Willis as a SVP, Regional Technical Director focusing on large construction accounts and Wrap-Ups. Prior to Willis, he worked at Turner Construction for 11 years, four of which he focused on P&C, Surety, CCIP and Subguard claims, and 7 of the most years managing insurance for $3B scope of work.

He is interested in utilizing his extensive experience managing construction risk management, OCIPs/CCIPs, and knowledge of NY Labor Law.

Director of Clinical Analytics & Operations

Mission: To challenge the status quo and live a principled life, fearlessly and with relentless curiosity.

Robert is double board certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care and Psychiatric Medicine and has been a healthcare provider in a wide range of settings including Primary, Urgent, Emergency and Critical Care for more than 15 years. He earned a BS in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Washington and Lee University and a MS from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rob is experienced in biochemical research at Center for the Study of Neurodegenerative Disease at the University of Virginia. Rob’s role with JobSiteCare is to develop biostatistical analytic models and build the integration of clinical delivery systems with IT solutions that are patient and process focused. He is motivated to overcome the impediments and inefficiencies in the current healthcare system that result in both patient and provider dissatisfaction and suboptimal outcomes.
